The founder was looking for an identity that goes far, envisioning the logo on the walls of garages and workshops of everyone “in the squad”. So we set off to create a memorable symbol with fun, exciting, and slightly edgy vibe.

Needless to say, a generic car icon wouldn’t make for an engaging logo. Drawing inspiration from iconic car manufacturer emblems that often feature powerful animals, I started looking for a memorable mascot that would match SupedSquad's spirit. After exploring various concepts (and studying a few zoology directories), a playful yet menacing squid emerged as the ideal candidate — a nod to the channel's name and a embodiment of the balance between fun and aggression that defines the automotive culture. His name is Steve. Steve is also a monogram of S and S, acting not just as a character but as a symbol that can represent the brand in any context.
